Ingredients, packaging, cartons, tolling, inbound freight and duty, built per unit across ten SKUs. Scrap hits materials only, the way it actually works.
Download the landed cost template that builds your true cost per unit component by component, then tests it against what each channel pays you.

Each tab in the template handles one slice of the operating model — drop in your numbers and the rest updates itself.

Duty is modeled as a percentage of product cost, so when tariffs move you change one cell and every SKU reprices with it.
The summary column is weighted by unit volume. A plain average of per-unit costs is a different and wrong number, and a built-in check will not let you report it.
COGS as a percent of revenue for DTC, Amazon and Wholesale, with a flag for any SKU whose landed cost has quietly passed its wholesale price.
